     1. Mold:

The transition zone and corners of the product parts should be smooth enough, and must have good demoldability, such as increasing the mold release margin, improving the polishing of the mold surface, and maintaining the balance of the ejection system.

      2. The design of the cooling system should make the temperature of each part of the mold cavity uniform, the pouring system should make the material flow symmetrical to avoid warpage caused by different flow directions and shrinkage rates, and appropriately thicken the split channel and mainstream channel of the difficult-to-form part , Try to eliminate the density difference, pressure difference and temperature difference in the cavity.

     3. Exhaust should be good.

     4. Increase the wall thickness of the parts or increase the direction of warpage resistance, and the ribs will enhance the warpage resistance of the parts.

     5. The material used in the plastic mold is not strong enough.
