01. Barrel cleaning‍


Before the injection molding machine is shut down, the plastic in the barrel should be cleaned to prevent the residual material from being oxidized or decomposed by heat for a long time. After cleaning, loosen the screw stroke to the maximum stroke. This can prevent part of the screw head from being burned out when the machine is heated up next time.


02. Check hydraulic oil bypass filter


For the hydraulic oil bypass filter of the injection molding machine, if the pointer of the pressure detection gauge points to or is close to the red area, please stop the oil pump and replace the filter element of the bypass filter.


First turn off the power supply of the cooling water tower, the water tower outlet pump, the chiller equipment and the mold temperature machine equipment, and then do the following four points of drainage protection.


A. Close the water inlet and outlet valves of the hydraulic oil cooler of the injection molding machine, remove the water inlet and outlet pipe joints, and use the air gun of the air compressor to blow out all the residual water in the cooler (drain out) to avoid rusting or rusting inside the water ring. oxidation. In addition, the filter screen above the water inlet pipe of the oil cooler needs to be cleaned.


B. Close the inlet and outlet valves of the cooling water ring of the barrel (material pipe), remove the inlet and outlet water pipe joints, and use the air gun of the air compressor to blow out all the residual water in the cooling water ring (drain out) to avoid the water ring. Internal rust or oxidation.


C. Close the water inlet and outlet valves of the mold (male mold/female mold), remove the water inlet and outlet pipe joints, and use the air gun of the air compressor to blow out all the residual water in the water transport system of the mold (drain out) to avoid the mold The mold core is rusted.


D. Finally, turn off the power of the air compressor equipment and release the residual air pressure.

03. Check the lubricating oil tank


For the sediment inside the lubricating oil tank, it is necessary to thoroughly clean up and replace the gear lubricating oil. After replacing the new lubricating oil, be sure to do a manual lubrication test to observe whether the valve core of each lubricating oil distributor pops up and whether the lubricating oil pipe has If it is broken, it should be replaced in time.


 

 

04. Maintenance of mold adjustment parts and lubricating parts of rubber injection tailboard


For the maintenance of the mold-adjusting part and the lubricating part of the rubber injection tail plate, it must be maintained at least once every six months, and every maintenance should see that new oil goes in and old oil comes out.


 

05. Cleaning the cooling fan of the motor


Remove the motor sealing plate and observe whether the motor fan is running normally. If the fan does not rotate, it needs to be replaced in time. In addition, it is necessary to use an air gun to clean the dust on the surface of the motor cooling fan and the motor heat sink. When cleaning, pay attention to turning off the power of the machine. 06. Control the cleaning of the electric box


For the cleaning of the control electric box of the injection molding machine, it is necessary to turn off the main power supply of the injection molding machine first, remove the air inlet filter of the electric box, clean it with a powerful air gun, and then use a vacuum to clean the dust inside the electric box. , Turn on the power and observe whether the exhaust fan at the air outlet has a noise or does not turn. If there is, please replace it in time.


07. Robot protection


Restore the robot position. Generally, when the mold is stopped for a short time, the mold does not fall, and the manipulator needs to be moved out of the machine. Now that the machine is stopped for a long time and the mold is not on the machine, the position of the manipulator needs to be restored.


08. Mold protection


During the festival period, the machine will be shut down for a long time, so it is not necessary to put the mold on the machine, but to drop it for the second and third level maintenance of the mold (specifically, according to the mold TPM maintenance process).


09. Basic aftermath, cleaning


Close the doors and windows, take moisture-proof measures for the electric box, close the door of the electric control box to prevent mice from biting, and take other anti-rat measures. Finally, clean the surrounding area for 5S to clean up scraps, material particles, oil stains, water stains, sundries, etc.
